Be certain to check the box “I would like to remain anonymous” when
you input your information. Interested parties will respond to your
ad, the response
will come to us and we will forward it on to you.
Can I place an ad without becoming a user?
No. You can, however, use the search capabilities
without becoming a user.
Can I post more than one position in one ad?
No, each ad should list only one position available.
What if I forget my password?
Contact us, we will send you an email containing your password.
What if I want to place multiple ads?
We do not have a discount program for multiple ads. We do offer
banner ads to be placed on our website, this might be a good option
to consider if you have more than 10 ads.
Is there a deadline for ad placement?
No, ads are updated daily.
How long will my ad run?
Your ad will renew every thirty (30) days until you delete it. You
will be sent an email a few days before the renewal date with the
ability to delete your ad if you do not wish it to run again. You
are charged a discounted rate for the renewed ad and each renewed
ad thereafter will run for the discounted price.
Can I revise my ad and have it continue to run?
You will have the opportunity to revise your ad only once before
it posts to the website. After the ad posts to the website, it cannot
be revised, it can only be deleted. The only way to revise the ad
after it posts is to delete it and redo the whole ad, however, you
will be charged for a new ad.
What method of payment is acceptable?
Visa and MasterCard only.

What should be included in my resume summary?
- The maximum word limit for resume summaries is 300 words.
- Include a brief summary of your qualifications (job title, primary
duties, size and type of hospital).
- Include any special career accomplishments
- Include your education/certification
- Description of practice you are seeking
We suggest first typing your resume summary in a word processor
for word count and spelling and then copy and paste it into our template.
